We will investigate your complaint and respond to your concerns as quickly as possible and within 45 days. If we have not responded to your complaint within 45 days or if you feel it has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer your concerns to the AFCA – Australian Financial Complaints Authority. They provide a fair and independent dispute resolution service.
